Is It Safe To Order Online 
When an order is placed on our website, only our Payment Gateway Provider processes your credit and debit card payments directly. Credit card details are never received or held by the Direct Clothing Company. For more information, please see Security below.

When Will I Be Charged
Your card/account is only debited after your order is placed, approved and confirmed by our Payment Gateway.

The Payment Process
It’s now common for banks or card providers to add an additional layer of security by asking you to login when submitting credit card information. If you have made an online purchase before then you will already have your login details. If not, then you will be guided through a short procedure to establish a new login which you can use in the future.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order 
The shop staff will always aim to process all orders as quickly as possible however it can take up to seven days after receiving the order confirmation.

Where Can I Collect My Order 
All online shop orders will be available for collection from the school shop during opening hours only or alternatively, from the main school entrance. During Checkout a comment box is provided where you can add special instructions/comments.
We would advise you to contact the shop just confirm your order is ready for pick up prior to collection, to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Stock Availability
The Direct Clothing Company’s policy is to keep stock levels high and we constantly monitor stock to ensure year-round availability and a swift turnaround of orders. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturing problems, some items may be temporarily out of stock, or discontinued. The DCC will undertake to source suitable alternative stock and make replacements available at the earliest opportunity. If an item is out of stock the shop staff will call/email you to inform you, prior to your order being packed.

Cancellations
As orders are processed within 24 hours, if you wish to cancel your order please do so by calling the shop. This will enable the shop staff to return items to the shelves and process your refund.

Returns 
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, if you ordered the wrong item(s), or it does not fit, the Direct Clothing Company will be happy to accept returns, providing the items are in their original condition and the packaging/labels are intact.

Refunds
If items are returned within 28 days, in their original condition and with labels intact, a full refund will be offered.

Exchanges 
The Direct Clothing Company will be happy to exchange or repair any item that is faulty or incorrect

Security
When an order is placed on our website, we use an encrypted secure connection to capture your registration details and then connect you to our payment gateway provider. All “sensitive” information such as credit card details are only handled within the payment gateway provider’s secure environment. We never pass or capture credit card details, only the basic order details are passed to our payment gateway provider and approval or refusal is passed back to the online shop.

Caring for your Garments
We would not generally recommend that you tumble dry your child’s uniform as it may cause shrinkage and fading, and shortens the lifespan of some products.
Screen printed products must NOT be tumble dried as the print may melt or come away from the fabric due to the heat. In most cases we advise you to follow any instructions on the garment label. However, we always recommend you check the individual product labels before cleaning. We also advise you follow the ‘washing temperature’ recommendations and wash dark colours separately. Do not put items with mixed colours in a hot white wash!
