COVID 19 ARRANGEMENTS
In order to operate within the Government guidelines, the Uniform Shop is closed until further notice to customers, as is the option to collect from school.
However, we do encourage orders to be placed online so that once we can gain access to the school shop, we can quickly process your order and despatch. Once we can access the stock, orders will be processed on a “first-come, first serve” basis, therefore the earlier you place your order, the sooner it will be despatched.
We do not yet have a date for the opening of the school but we are liaising with the school in this regard and will advise on a delivery timeframe as soon as we have this information.
With the full support of our suppliers, we expect to resume normal service when it is safe to do so.

If you do need to return an item, please post the item back to us with the returns form provided with the original order to:

We aim to refund the same day of receipt. We recommend you get a Certificate of Posting for any return.
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted item in original condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the required item.
We offer a Uniform Shop within the school and an online webshop, for your convenience.
Online orders will be processed at the school Uniform Shop during the term time opening hours listed below, therefore please allow three to five working days for your order to be processed. Once you receive an email advising you that your order has been completed, you can then collect your order from the School Shop during term time opening hours or from Main School Reception. Purchases of a total value of under £100 will be left at Reception, but orders over that value will be left for you to collect from the Uniform Shop during our opening hours shown below.
As all stock is held at the school shop, any items for exchange or return should be taken there for processing the exchange or refund.
Pupils joining the school for the first time should email the Uniform Shop to arrange a mutually convenient appointment to fit the school uniform. It can be difficult to purchase the right size of every item of uniform remotely, so please make this a priority as you plan your child’s entry to Godstowe. When purchasing items for pupils already attending the school, please refer to their current items and size up from there as our experience shows that estimates are not usually accurate. If in doubt, send us an email as we keep a record of your previous purchases.
Refunds and exchanges will only be made if items have not been worn, named or laundered. That said, if an item is clearly faulty from the outset, we will of course mend or replace free of charge. In cases of issues after wearing and/or washing, we will need to send them back to the manufacturer for testing before we can refund or replace.
Uniform items required vary by year groups so please therefore refer to the school’s website/handbook before ordering.
