Summer arrangements:
The “Collect from School” option will not be available over the summer holidays. Due to the volume of orders, despatch times may take a little longer than usual; currently they are running at between 10-14 days.

Availability of Uniform:
Please be aware that there are significant supply chain disruptions and some goods will not arrive in stock as per our long-planned time schedules. Almost all the factories we work with have had to close or minimise their workforce for a considerable period and therefore, delays are inevitable as they play catch-up on production. We would appreciate patience and understanding if we are out of stock of some uniform items, although we hope that this will not be the case.

Online returns:
Please complete a returns form (download available above) and enclose it with your return(s), in original condition to the address below for a full refund. If you need to return all or part of your order you have 30 days from the date you received your order. Please ensure that you complete all the details on this form as we require this information to refund the original transaction. Please affix the returns label on the form to the front of the package and post to us, ensuring the label is securely attached.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item to us for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size.
We aim to refund within 2 days of  receipt. We recommend you get a Certificate of Posting for any return via Royal Mail. We regret we cannot accept any returns to our Head Office in Sunningdale.

Once the school re-opens:
You can choose to have your order delivered to a UK address or you can choose to have it delivered at no charge,  directly to school for collection; we deliver to school once a week, during Term Time only, for collection from School Reception on a Wednesday.
Please allow the following lead times to receive your order:
Royal Mail 2nd Class at £3.99:  3-5 working days delivered  
Collect from School for free. Orders received before 10am on Mondays Term-time will be ready for collection from Reception on the Wednesday of the same week. Items ordered for collection will NOT be available during school holidays. They will be delivered to school for collection on the Wednesday following return to school after the holidays.
When your order is despatched, either to school or by post you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Returns of items purchased at school: If you have an item of clothing that was purchased in the shop that you would like to return, please contact us on direct@thedirectclothing.co.uk and we will provide a returns form. We can refund back onto a debit or credit card.
